Alex has led CDNetworks’ flagship product lines including Dynamic Web Acceleration and Dynamic Network Acceleration. Ms.Lee then served as a Senior Manager at Citibank’s regional headquarters in Seoul for ten years before returning to the United States permanently in 1995. While working for Citibank, she further enhanced her business knowledge by attending MBA classes at Yonsei University. She acquired her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 1998. Ms. Lee was admitted to the California Bar in 1998, and has over fifteen years of professional legal experience as the sole and supervisory attorney in her own firm. She is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and a CEO of ACE Property Management,Inc.

Noteworthy past investments include Carbonite (NASDAQ: CARB), Enterprise DB (acquired by Peak Equity), and YuMe (NYSE: YUME). Before co-founding TransLink, Jay was the head of Samsung Ventures America. Jay directly led several successful Samsung Ventures' investments including AnalogTech (NASDAQ: AATI), Continuous Computing (acquired by RadiSyS), DivX (NASDAQ: DIVX), InPhi (NASDAQ: IPHI), Intellon (NASDAQ: ITLN), MontaVista (acquired by Cavium), Pure Digital (acquired by Cisco), Techwell (NASDAQ: TWLL) and Teknovus (acquired by Broadcom). Mark W. Flynn joined GSV Asset Management as Co-Managing Partner in March 2013. In addition, he is currently President of GSV Capital and has served as a member of the GSV Capital Board of Directors since 2011. Previously, Mark managed Trilogy Capital Partners, a Menlo Park California based private investment and consulting firm, since its formation in 1997. Prior to forming Trilogy, he worked in various capacities in the investment banking groups at Salomon Brothers and Volpe, Brown & Whelan. During his investment-banking career he primarily worked with technology and health care companies. At Salomon Brothers, he managed the Global Software and Internet investment banking activities and worked with leading companies such as SAP, Microsoft, Veritas Software, Hewlett-Packard and US Robotics. Tae Hea Nahm is a founding Managing Director of Storm Ventures. He has incubated and invested in industry-leading mobile and SaaS companies, as the first or early investor. In mobile, he has invested in the full mobile stack ranging from semis (Berkana/Qualcomm, Silego) to games (Com2uS/IPO) and likes mobile enterprise. He incubated four mobile startups: AireSpace/Cisco (where he was the founding CEO), AirPlug, Averail and MobileIron. There, he hired the founders, helped close the investor syndicate and continues as an active board member. As part of his mobile strategy, he works with the major Korean mobile leaders (LGE, Samsung and KT) and has invested in several Korean mobile startups (AirPlug, Berkana, Com2uS and MCW). He is also a Corporate Strategy Advisor to KT (the leading Korean carrier and Storm LP). In SaaS, he is interested in mobile and revenue generation (Cloudwords, EchoSign/Adobe and Marketo/IPO). He recruited and funded Storm EIRs, including Jason Lemkin (who founded EchoSign) and Ilbok Lee (who founded Silego). Prior to Storm, Tae Hea was a founding partner of Venture Law Group, a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and an associate at Shin & Kim (leading Korean law firm), where he advised hundreds of companies (e.g. Samsung and Sina.com).
